Delivery Information
This page contains information about the delivery of your ordered products. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for detailed information on delivery and our handling of your personal data.
Delivery
- We deliver our products using Specflue Ltd tail lift vehicles and other couriers for smaller parts. Our delivery teams will always contact you prior to arriving. No products will be left at a property without someone available to sign for them.
- Please note that we will deliver to the closest access point of your property. This means our teams will deliver your items as close as possible, however they will be unable to access your property. We always recommend you have at least two persons available to take the delivery in safely. These are large items and are delivered on small pallets.
Timing of delivery
- When we will deliver the products: We will inform you on the estimated delivery date, provide tracking and always deliver the products to you as soon as reasonably possible. We aim to deliver stoves within 72 hours, but this will depend on stock, make and model. Our teams will contact you and advise on this and arrange a suitable delivery date.
- If there are delays?: We will get in touch with you as soon as possible if our supply of the products is delayed (this could be by an event outside our control). However, we also take steps to minimise the effect of the delay and will update you every step of the way. If there is a risk of substantial delay you can contact us to end the contract and receive a full refund for any products you paid for but did not receive.
Accepting the delivery – read this delivery information carefully!
- We will get in touch with you regarding the delivery date and time. Where there has been a prearranged delivery date and nobody was available to take delivery of the product, we will have to charge for re-delivery of the product.
- In this instance, if you do not re-arrange delivery or collect your products from a delivery depot, we will attempt to get in touch with you for further instructions. Please note that delivery is included within the price, so if a product is returned by our delivery drivers, then a charge for storage costs and any further delivery costs is likely. In this case, we will contact you first before advising.
- If despite our reasonable efforts, we are unable to contact you or re-arrange delivery or collection we may end the contract and refund any costs, minus the restocking charge.

Queries regarding shipping information
- When you become responsible for the products: The products are your responsibility from the time we deliver the product to the address you gave to us. Please feel free to thoroughly inspect the appliance and advise of any issues.
